Hey, guys, i'm gonna be getting a new 4/3 soon, but I also don't own a springsuit, so I was wondering if my old 4/3 would work well as a short sleeve full if I cut off the sleeves.

i've heard guys do that to 3/2's, I was just concerned about how warm it would still be If used as a short sleeve full

ive done it, and it didnt work out good at all, the sleeve openings came out to be really wide, and it was way heavier than they should be, and less flexible. but yea, it can be done

I think your right...4/3 is too much rubber to fool with short sleeves. I've cut the sleeves off old 3/2s and it worked fine.
