Anyone know how the OCMD sand is?? Has the dredging totally F-ed everything up? SAND BARS PEOPLE,, how are they?!
yeah shore break everywhere even assateague. dont bother even trying, you should look into vb or nj ocmd is done for a while
Please explain "thats not true". The cam at 48th sure gives the impression that the break is messed up. Which was probably the best in town.
hahaha u kids are ridiculous. dont worry about the waves here in oc, just stay on the other side of the bridge we can handle it. by the time all u weekend warriors start coming back u wont be able to tell any difference.
The sand will do its thing like is has for thousands of years, Its already moving around now new spots will pop up and sandbars will be created. Its not the end of the world just a speed bump.
The replenishment will last maybe the next few storms. Depending on the size of the storms, the sandbars will be back sometime soon. New spots could be created. The pialings at 48th street appeared to be at my waist when the replenishment was done. Just after today, the pialings now look to be chest or even head high on me. Just give it time.
