premiere. For sure. And who says you have to pay? =)

 

yeah its pretty easy to find downloads and hacks for adobe premiere. gotta be careful and know what youre doing though so you dont get a virus or anything

 

Adobe pre. is a good program a little in depth.
I use Sony Vegas Video. Thats my favorite editing software. a little tricky to learn at first but def worth it.

If u never edited before try using the editing software thats on your computer, from the factory.
thats what i did back in the day. its very easy to use.
