    used longboard

Give Craigslist a try. I have both bought and sold boards on there. Don't be afraid to go back and check posts as far as they go back. Some times the sellers get dicouraged and don't repost even thjough they haven't sold their product yet. Good luck!

I know I'll get flamed for this comment, but last summer I bought a new 8'4" Bic Peter Pan board in Stone Harbor for $350. It was a good step up from the softop I had my first summer and doesn't ding. It is a bit heavy and hurts when it hits you. I made a lot of progress and was turning on waves by September.

You wasted your money twice. Foam top, then a bic ... you are a complete moron ... should of combined the money spent on the 2 pieces of garbage and bought something legit ... and with a board called peter pan, how mjch ga.yer can you get ...

I give you a 4/5 on the kookometer.

I knew you would say that but I don't care. I will get a real board this summer. My friends who are excellent surfers thought it would be a good board for me as a beginner. I know I don't know better, but it was very stable and got me to catch some long rides. Veteran surfers don't remember what it was like to learn how to catch their first wave; the Bic was easy to surf on and built my confidence. Not everybody has been surfing for 10 years and doesn't have to think about what they are doing when a wave rolls in.

..... and a new chick surfer who had the same Bic asked me to help so I helped her stand up on small sandbar breaks the way I started last year. I got laid because of that piece of plastic.

Woodys in rio grande NJ has 2 nice longoboards . One is a Wynn for 450 comes with leash and fins its a 9'2 . the other is a Pearce Arrow Mohr model 9'4 comes with fins 450 as well. If you want call the shop and ask for chris he can give u more info . I looked over both boards they are both water tight and are 2+1 set ups with removeable fins
