Yeah, but you're still the nerd because I have the honey and money too. I also have a Bachelors degree and finishing up a post-baccalaureate certificate. I also have traveled to numerous countries to surf. I'm not saying I'm better than you. I'm saying that not all stoners are the stereotypical ones everyone portrays.
got it goin on here too bud but ive hads it once before and lost it to drugs.funny how far folks will go to defend something that can and eventually will cost them though aint it.good on ya for the schoolin. ps i am a nerd but i gets barreled alot
ok so you didn't use the word "idiot".... I was merely pointing out that if you're going to call someone else's spelling errors into question, then you shouldn't misspell things yourself....and you most definitely did use the word "theyre" without an apostrophe... idiot
thanks for that. perhaps years of burnin made me an idiot. see, together we have proved my point.too bad ya couldnt read it correctly the first time.idiot. i know where apostrophes go
no it is not ridiculous at all kenny powers. i don't think smoking ANYTHING is good for your lungs. is tobacco more detrimental than marijuana? i wouldn't doubt it. most people who smoke marijuana though i'm willing to bet do not consume as much marijuana daily as cigarette smokers do daily. my dad smoked more weed daily than the average cigarette smoker does tobacco. not many males on my dads side lived to be very old. most didn't make it far into their 60s, and had he died of a heart attack or something non respiratory i wouldn't blame the marijuana smoking. i don't smoke or take any drugs or drink alcohol, but i am by no means healthy at all. i'm not here to preach about it though. i wasn't worked up at the fact you insulted my dad, because we didn't have the best relationship all the time. if you smoke copious amounts of anything i don't think it's helping your lungs at all. now i thought that was common knowledge. again though most people who smoke weed i would bet don't smoke as much weed as a cigarette smoker does in tobacco though.
Good lord... Who is this ripturbo guy? Do yourself a favor and pull the stick outta your ass, or smoke a bowl... Ya nerd P.S. I'm kidding, kinda P.P.S. I gotta lisence to smoke this ****!
And yo Eastswell, the UK just did a very non biased study that said that smoking marijuana and ciggarettes together is highly likely to cause cancer. More so than just marijuana or just ciggarettes. Not sure where I found that article, but like I said it sounded pretty legit, and pretty unbiased.
i don't doubt that. he only smoked cigarettes for 10 years combined, but that didn't help. the amount of weed he smoked daily i would bet was probably worth two packs of cigarettes a day. sorry i had to kill the 4/20 party i don't have an agenda or dislike potheads. i knew if i brought that up though people would refute it. pretty sure most potsmokers didn't smoke as much as him. i don't think pot is gonna kill youn moderately or rationally. i just think smoking ANYTHING too much is not gonna keep you alive. it's common sense. i really thought my next debate on here would be pipeline is the best wave on oahu. pretty bummed. let the 4/20 love commence.
another one of these thread eh... its hard to resist putting in your 2 cents for those who have been there and done that. To each their own. If your living a happy life, then it shouldn't matter, but I've seen a lot of pot heads who have lost their vitality. Smaller percentages who have not. I believe marijuana is much safer the cigarettes and alcohol on the physical body. But, THC effects your brain chemistry, greatly influencing your serotonin levels. What comes up, must come down. This creates a mental dependency to maintain balanced serotonin levels. For those who have smoked for a long time, you probably can't recall the feeling of being without it. Stop smoking for 3-6 months, and then re-evaluate. It will take a while for the chemistry to get back to norm.
yo that sounds like a girl i went out with for 2 months. a few weeks she would be happy and what not then another few weeks she'd be all mad and junk at me. maybe it was due to her doing weed but she was defiently a weird girl.
It's hard to understand how a 4/20 thread brings out all this venom. I know weed affects everyone differently but in most of my experiences it made me pretty mellow. Weed rage just seems like an oxymoron. Anyways, besides celebrating 4/20 I used to toke up everytime I went surfing. I thought I surfed better stoned and that it was more fun being high as a kite in the water. Plus, it was a way to get ready before charging the frigid new england waters. After years of the same stoned surfing I posed the question to myself, "What does getting high really do for me?" Besides the physical feeling of being high I couldn't think of anything really positive. Ya it was fun at times, but the fun was more related to the actual activity and getting high was not. It took me awhile to realize this but when I did, I thought I could at least give the alternative of not getting high a try. So I did and it stuck. I quit and have seen many benefits from quitting such as better surfing, better functioning brain/memory, more disposable cash, more productivity, better lung capacity, and less laying around in a stoned haze. Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to preach anything here. Just thought I would add my $0.02. I understand that there are a multitude of reasons as to why one may toke up. To each his own and I'm sure some people find something positive in getting high. My point is that sometimes you will be surprise yourself if you occasionally question your actions.
