Stop cryin about paddleboardin

I don't mind SUPs either, but i do hate the the old man who comes out in the summer and constantly drops in on everyone. You know the guy who looks down at you while you're paddling and just keeps going on.

 

I don't give a **** if i cant ride that wave he still could have killed a dude.

 

I don't think anyone saying he doesn't have the "right" to SUP at his home spot. If he wanted to take a kayak out and take on chopes with that, who'd stop him? No one. Being that Teahupoo is his backyard I'd like to think the thought of, "Hm, this dudes really deep in this death slab, maybe I should hold off so we both don't DIE." would go through his mind. Since he's probably suffered the consequences of surfing there before. Oh and yes, I've never paddled/towed/sup'd there....and I likely never will.

Yeahhh this is one of those situations where it was completely and utterly stupid. but because (thankfully) no one caught and edge and everything luckily worked out, Towner got a sick double barrel and got a cool ass POV. Again, I'm no agreeing with this because it's a big ass jackwad move on the SUP'er
