Anyone else surf in super glassy conditions on Friday the 13th out in rockaway??? Swell info had it listed as choppy but I have not seen rockaway so glassy in a long time!
its possible, mistakes happen. A few years ago around Christmas they called for nice waist to chest conditions or so and when you got down there it was ankle biters. They do the best they can but no one is perfect. Enjoy the glassy waves because I am sure lots of people stayed home because they thought it would be garbage.
Oh hey, no complaints on my end. It was just such a stark difference between the conditions and the forecast! momma nature hook'd us up with a couple days of nice surf!
