No disrespect to all the fellows out there,but I must say everytime and I mean everytime Im surfing next to a a lady out there its very cool to see how stoked these girls are out there.Stay stoked ladies .
It's funny....I've been at places like Sunset, obviously with my jaw in the sand, wondering if I should give it a go, semi sh*tting myself.....then all of a sudden some little hottie, half my size, in a thong, runs past me smiling and hooting like it's Waikiki at 4ft. I get humbled, excited, confused, and depressed all at the same time. Same thing happens in Austrailia except there's even more numbers.... Love seeing ladies in the lineup, even more when they surf better than me. Last time at Waikiki, some teenie bopper gave me a ton of crap for taking off on a wave she was going for. I admit I dropped in, but she didn't see the 50 people behind her, I thought it was a party wave. A big Bruddah at the peak was cracking up when i got back out.
call me a chauvinist but i hate overly aggressive women in the lineup because they will never face fists if they're uncool so they can get a little out of hand.
Love to see women in the lineup. The best women surfers I've ever seen in person were in Jobos, PR. There were a couple who were absolutely ripping... and with style. But ripping by any standard, male or female.
on second viewing BTW, this guy has lotta stuff on utube....incl stints on Dr 'jerry springer' Phil. On second viewing, this guy is a tool. People will do anything to get on tv.
Of course he is just look at him and listen to what comes out of his mouth funniest **** though is when that lady goes silent and he goes "Whats that?" hahaha
Mid 90's at soupbowls a bunch of Brazilian girls on a photo shoot for a local brazil mag stayed at the big house above soups they were ripping!! Taking waves that I would not have taken at that point in my surfing.. Girls seem to have more fun not taking things so serious and getting pissy like some of the guys do... They smile and laugh way more.. I am stoked for them!
