Actually, I pretty much knew the answer to that before I asked it. I grew up in Cape May from 1955-1966. I lived on Hughes Street two blocks from the ocean. It's where I got started with a Pop-out Royal Hawaiian board from Turco's Sporting Goods in Wildwood Crest. It was a real hog, and it eventually de-laminated. Steger's beach service was in its hey-day back then.
