hey mike when u get this tommorrow if theres waves hit me up and ill try 2 come down and get photos as i still cant surf. tryed going on bike ride 2 days ago and the knee popped out at least the brace kept it in but it still managed toget out but went back in.

okay. but have fun surfing. which im guessing ur gonna be surfing today while im at home doing nothing.

but when do u leave for mexico and when do u come home as i gotta get down there and get some nice photos? and wht are cool beans?

nice. but im guessing she didnt call us as my mom didnt say anything. which they couldnt take surfing away as its been taken away by the doctor for 3 or more weeks.

yeah it sucks. ill show you the awesome contraption tommorrow if im there. but it sucks 3 weeks of 2-3 times a week of physio then add 2 weeks of nothing ill lose all of my leg strength for body conditioning and ill suck the first time i paddle out when im good.

dude you know how my knee has been injured well i went to the orthopedic and they put me in nifty contraption and have me doing physical therapy for 3 weeks and no surfing or running and lifting weights for 2 weeks. so im counting on you to get some nuggets for me.

where u down at crystal? cuz i saw some people down there but i wanted to go but i cant. hopefully on manday i can go if my meeting is cancelled and the swelling in my knee goes down.
