the hydrating water that spits out of boat motors is real hot; pretty sure the gulf water heats up abit when you run extra boat motors too...

after wind gusts over the 15 - 20 mph mark that's it; the gulf's threshold for holding swell & showing waves is 4-5 ft & 15 - 20 mph; anything...
