In most of these cases you'll notice there is always a grey area with suspect walking around ,moving inside the car etc etc I've always thought...

I've never seen so many people out at IOP in the lineup yesterday, solid clean waist size im guessing is why

lol I know it was down at Edisto, was about 20 seconds between calf sized swells so wasn't much else to do but float around and wait til tide turned

yea I would, don't normally see them,the actual surf breaks are policied well by locals and clean...but if the waves are breaking further down...
