    Im going in to get cortisone shot in hip Tuesday, and in a few weeks have PRP injections. Anyone gone thru this, and if so, what was recovery...

    Am I the only one who lives 3 hours from any wave source?

    an hour from sw Louisiana coast, and 2.5+hrs from Galveston... for Gulf of Mexico 'surf'. Better than nothing. Cant see not going 3 or 4 times...
