i freeboard more than wakeboarding as freeboarding is more like surfing and your not strapped on to a board instead your just using a surfboard...

depends on what time i get home from a trip to va. which is 6 hours. but ill surf all day on monday if it keeps up.

here what my orthopedic doctor says to do. ice it for 15 mins then take the ice off for about 30 mins or so. and ice it about 3 times a day.
