like you heard, the storms last fall made a mess of it. Washed out the nice shallow bottom we had last year and now its deep. Waves under chest...
those guys at Henlopen wont look for real waves, so "surfable" is knee high breaking six feet off the sand, so basically they surf skimboard waves
