    Long Island surf hopes!

    Looks like we might actually get some surf on saturday. Keeping fingers crossed.

    hopefully we do get some surf. just got a new long board from a friend and haven't been able to try it out and its been like a month since i got the thing. fml.
    hope the surf holds true

    sat. looks like best bet in loooooonggggg ass time. (that 989mB pressure below iz no joke!) but don't git ur hopes up, u'd have better luck gittin luckeey with brittany umar in thu city than scorin cleen sizeable surf around this sh%thole ROFL....

    S winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt...becoming SW 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt in the afternoon. Seas building to 4 to 6 ft. Rain likely. Vsby 1 to 3 nm in the morning.
    Fri Night
    NW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt... diminishing to 15 to 20 kt after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Chance of rain and snow showers in the evening.
    NW winds 10 to 15 kt...becoming se 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft early...gradually subsiding to around 2 ft.

    if the peak of the swell hits a little later than forecasted on friday we could have a nice little window saturday morning. as of now it looks like the best surf will be while it's dark out.
