On a true Twinzer, the front fin is much smaller than the rear fin, and they usually overlap... maybe as much as a 1/2 inch. On quads, the fins don't overlap, and the fins are either the same size or the front fins are slightly bigger.
The Speed Dialer fins are a different animal... designed to be a split keel fin. The problem I had with them is they lacked the drive of a true keel, and I ended up overpowering the fins. Plenty loose though...

Tim Nolte shapes an awesome fish. Did you pick it up at Tims factory? Best part about picking up your board from him is your about 5 min from some type of a decent wave most of the time to try it out. GOOD LUCK WITH IT !!!

got this walden last fall , 6'4" almost 3 inches thick very similar.

both boards look good. I am picking my mini simmons up form bwi thanks to spirare surfboards. I will post pics once I get it.
