Recently I decided I wanted to buy a legitimate mount for my bodyboard that I can connect a go-pro to just in time for hurricane season. Here's the link: http://www.sportscamera.com.au/singl...unt-p-397.html
It hasn't come yet, but I was just wondering if anyone had any experience drilling/making holes in the sponge. When I bought my board I just went to the local surfshop and they drilled the hole and everything for my leash, but I'm not sure they would do this for me.
I just need to know which is the best method: drilling, or the hot screwdriver? How far down do I make it from the nose? Do I start on the sponge or the slick? What size should the drill be?
Yes i know theres a video, but its too fast and general.
