The other week I broke my 9'6" longboard. I bought the board off of Craigslist and had the local dingguy fix it up. I probably spent $300(100 on the board 200 on repairs) total to get the board water tight. It's a 1980's ron jon board. So it's nothing too special but was fun to ride.
I was hoping I could get some opinions on what I should do.
Here's some options I thought of so far.
1. Pay to fix it up.
2. Pay to have the top 6' shaped into a fish or egg.
3. Sell the broken board cheap and put the money towards a new log.
4. Make lawn ornament out of it and save for a new log.
