Surfer's Ear Problems: A request for help

    Dear Surfer,
it's well known surfers suffer from frequent ear problems. I am conducting medical research to try and discover how big a problem is out there and what we might be able to do in the future to help. Please spare 2 minutes to complete the CONFIDENTIAL survey below and add to the research already completed by European and Australian surfers.
    Many thanks,
    Dr Chris Foxton

So I went to my ENT for a look see, it was awful. He shoved a tube down one ear and sucked a bunch of wax and debris out: "DON'T MOVE" he said. then after pulling a baby dingo out of my left ear ( I came to see him about my right ear), he said I have bony **** growing, and accused me of being a cold water surfer, which I am defiantly not, but I am an old crusty so it didn't surprise me.

My question is, what can I do to reverse it without drilling. I heard 50% alcohol / 50% white vinegar every day or every other day is the way to gradually eat the calcium deposits up, without getting too aggro. Any advise? I know this is the go to place for state of the art medical advice and such, thanks in advance ya'll.
