Hey all, I'm looking for a new board and don't have any connections to shapers in NJ. Also whats the going rate for a local guy in NJ. In Florida and Cali I've been quoted right around $400 for a shortboard no tints or anything. So if any of you are local guys with experience and have a reasonable rate I'd love to talk and see what we can do!

I know Brian is the real deal. Start to finish. Quality work all the way. He also does the glassing and art for other shapers who don't glass.

IMG_0009.jpg rick malwitz. Malwitzsurfboards.com. Rick is great. Made me this asymmetric and a short board. Well, short for me. Plain custom $675 i think. But he is a graphic designer and his graphics are amazing.
