Getting a south swell next wknd. anyone wanna recommend some spots up there for that? Also saw that Pridefest is going on in Nags Head that wknd, and Google maps has it pinpointed at the local Dairy Queen. found that pretty fitting. ESA is going down at Jenettes Pier and a kiteboarding contest in Cape Hatteras that same wknd, in case that kills those spots
head south on hatteras il. look for busy public lots from frisco to hatteras and that's the spot that day. also, sturns & lighthouse. almost every populated spot has a cam on it on that other even less accurate surf predicting cite. don't score there? jump ferry to ocracoke. btw, this is all uneducated and inexperienced advise, but fairly accurate I think
WRV Surf Contest all wknd @ Jennettes Pier. Throwdown Surf Classic Saturday @ Chicahauk. Windsurfing Competition @ Hatteras all wknd. Surf Film Fest spread out in the area this wknd. And now i'm joining all these morons for the wknd for what is forecasted head to overhead waves. it's not supposed to be a surf trip, looks like it's turning into one. Leaving tomorrow to Wilmington and OBX the following day. My arms seem a bit rested in the break of cane swells. Hoping for the best this wknd and a really "where has the time gone" at work tomorrow. giddy up
