Two tropical depressions, 8 and 9 have formed. They will both become Tropical Storms on Monday: Hermine for the first one and Ian the second. 8 is off the NC coast and 9 is in the Gulf and will crossover Florida midweek. Any bets which one will be Hermine? Such a terrible name. Maybe we can rename it. Any ideas?
