ok, cleaning out my quiver a bit...so, for sale are 2 near-new boards from brian wynn. board #1: 5'10" "stealth bomber" twinzer fish w/ futures i rode the board about 5 times & just am not "clicking" w/ it...paddles great, rides well, but i just don't feel right on it. doesn't suit my style, i guess. only VERY light pressure dents on the deck, totally clean otherwise. asking $425 firm. board #2: 6'4" round pin hp bonzer w/ 101 fin co. bamboo fins & a rare true ames 6" center fin: dims on this board are hard to see b/c of the color work, but it's 6'4"x19 1/4"x2 1/2". the template is based off a CI fort knox i had at the time...rails came out a little thinner than i'd hoped & it's a touch low volume for me as a result. gave it a few good sessions, but in anything more than a 3/2, it just doesn't float me the way i want it to. it has a bit of rack rash from the 2 shops i had it on consignment in, as well as a few pressure dents on the deck & one or 2 on the bottom as well. asking $375 obo (please don't waste my time w/ low ball offers).
2 more: willing to travel to meet up as far north as seaside or south to ocmd...not interested in shipping or trades.
Brian shaped me two twinzers great boards someone jump on it! Im a heavy front footed surfer they just click for me.
I don't mean to jack your thread here, but I've never really understood how you can be a front-footed surfer?? My front foots just there to pump, look pretty, and take over when in the barrrel. How can you possibly do a cutback with your front foot???
bumping once more... bonzer is still $325...a bargain considering the condition of the board! though i need another surfboard like i need a hole in the head, reasonable trades will be considered. i'll be traveling up to manasquan next friday to meet w/ a wedding photographer, so can meet up anywhere along the way...
