Now I know you're asking "well what about you Towelie, aren't you heading out?"
Nope. Ima stretch my fibers. Smoke some weed, makes some bacon and eggs, coffee, watch sponge bob and not lose my parking spot.

Thanks man!! Just brewed some "cafe" suggested by the world famous Mr. Towelle!!
I do surf sometimes with a cold, but NOT if fever is present--that points to an ongoing inner body battle. I do not want to tilt the battlefield in favor of the attackers!!
Tomorrow is another day, "fresh with no mistakes in it"!!

You're probably not gonna believe this, but at 8:30am yesterday, I looked at it in Sandy Hook, and it was massive. Hard to tell, but my guess would be 15'... but way too gnarly to go out. Wind was hard sideshore, putting car-sized cross-chop bumps on the faces of the waves. A lot of water moving around on the inside, where it was still overhead and non stop... no way you could make it out. MAYBE with a ski and an experienced driver. When a set would come, you couldn't see the waves behind the first wave from the beach. I told a friend last night it was the biggest I'd ever seen Sandy Hook.

Been crankin that work lately, but the main holdback from surfin has been the transition of life from east to west. SO much schitt to sort out to get all set up. All is good now that I'm scoring 4x sessions a week.
