2014 SI Swellies Awards: WAHINE OF THE YEAR (OFFICIAL)

Aw guys, I am feelin the love that ocean really chilled down today! Like it was about 74 yesterday and today felt like 66-67....What a super morning of fun there were these really excellent guys surfing the occasional shoulder high waves coming through about mid morning. Such a pleasure to see.

 

Yea had to work a 12 hr. shift today, that means getting up at 2:00 am worked till 3:00pm, got off work and hauled butt down to the beach and surfed till dark, the water did chill down a bit, wore a full 3/2 but easily could have just done a top. There were still some shoulder to head high drops coming through, fun and just a couple of guys out. I'm officially tired now...good night.
