Gary Johnson is taking votes from Hillary, chief.
Yankee posted to us all that he wasn't going to discuss the election anymore. I guess his word is as is good as his intellect.
Yankee = dumb
Yankee = not a man of his word
Yankee = liar
Ah, Gary Johnson. I like him. He smokes a lot of weed. But yeah, Gary Johnson. LOL.
I understand that the truth is something that can be hard to fathom for those that swim in the shallow end of the pool. But its all there if you choose to venture and seek the truth that surrounds us. Sometimes it takes an event in your life that makes you realize how foggy your perspective of life has been. Or its just age and wisdom that kicks in but the truth is there waiting for you.
I think this election is a good indicator of how many people are awake to what is really going on in this planet and universe or reality. I find it all to be amazing what is going on right now. As more information about how our political, media, entertainment and societal worlds really works behind the scenes and continues to be leaked out for all to see for all who chose to believe what is real is just fascinating.
I have a college education, but looking back at some of my courses and professors I do see how a vast majority of the education being taught is misguided either intentionally or ingnorantly. Maybe its how we are supposed to be treated here on this planet, like children. By the looks of things maybe we deserve this treatment, maybe we are being judged fairly.
I agree with this. Johnson's 8% or whatever it is are mostly people who would otherwise vote Dem, but can't stand Hillary and can't bring themselves to say they support Hillary. But I think a lot of those Dems, once they get behind that curtain, and think about how much they cant stand Trump, are going to hold their nose and push the Hillary button.
To the point that the media is biased, very true. They are biased towards making $$$$. The fact is yes Trump has been getting more bad media simply because his problems are way more interesting. The media knows that Trump getting caught on tape is way more interesting and will get more viewers and clicks than pay to play problems Clinton has with her foundation and the emails.
The media is corporate owned and they want ad $$$. Simple as that.
He said he quit smoking, and if he is anything like me right now (15 days off the devils lettuce) he is very unstable.
Their viewership is plummeting. They had higher ratings when they covered Trump fairly during the GOP race. It doesnt add up.
Google, Facebook, Microsoft and all of these advertisers are giving Millions upon Millions to Hillarys campaign. The media coverage is not as simple as you claim it to be, it goes way deeper than just adverting $$$.
I can't stand Trump and think he is an annoying douche canoe...
But if you can't see the media bias against him you are not looking... Yes his issues are eye catching, but so is mass corruption.
Think about if there was a tape of Trump's people looking to entice violence at a Hilary event. That sh!t would be EVERYWHERE for weeks straight.
We are treated like children and the government is a parent. But a good parent empowers its children to stand on their own two feet and go off into the world fully independant. The job of a good parent is to become obsolete to their children. We all know people who grew up in dysfunctional families where the parents coddling, their hamstringing has left the children crippled and unable to leave the canopy of the parents protection. That is the goal of the democratic party. Its not about compassion, its about creating need and holding the followers in a state of stasis unable to move up or down or have longterm goals, their dreams are kept at arms length like a mule with a carrot hanging in front of it"s nose.
You mean during the 'fair' GOP race when it was all Trump all the time? When they focused more on his remarks towards minorities and John McCain than issues? Trump is a media dream
Scobey getting any good dreams at least? Whenever I stop the dreams make it almost worthwhile, almost.
Mr Trump has done everything to keep himself in the news. It's a strategy that served him well in the primaries getting him lots of free exposure. In a general election with two wildly unpopular candidates, whoever is in the news is the one getting slammed. Lay low and don't draw too much attention to oneself is the way to go. Demonizing and fighting with the media hasn't helped his cause either.
We can thank the Citizens United decision for that. As Mr Romney once said "Corporations are people too"
Interesting. I've been without (by choice) for several days. I had some wicked weird dreams last night. All night. Never noticed the cause and effect before.
because college makes you automatically smart. F3ck your elitism.
lol. most college grads never see success.
Depends on how you define success. Money? Then you are correct- most grads do not even get a job in the field they majored in.
But college isn't about money; it is about education, seeing the world through different thought patterns, ones you would not have tuned into had you not gone to college. If you have achieved that by going to college, then you have succeeded.
Having said that, earning more money AND seeing things in a different way (but not necessarily "better") together, is success for sure, IMHO.
Most "good" jobs won't even give you an interview without a degree. You may not get a job in the field you went to school for, but it definitely earns you more money.
You also pay a lot for that degree, so it is a double edged sword.
Well said. I remember a geology professor who was SO adamant about conclusions being based on actual observed evidence. We spent what seemed like the entire semester outside, and he would constantly be asking us questions like "how do we know we are in a floodplain here?" "How far down this hillside did glacial activity occur in the past ice age?". If someone answered with a textbook answer he stopped you midsentence, and reminded you not to blindly believe what you read in a textbook, to question EVERYTHING you read or are told by others, when you can observe, collect data, and figure **** out on your own. That kind of stuff stuck with me. I supposed college is just one of many places where people get those basic life lessons in critical thinking, logic, healthy skepticism, and scientific method.
