They used to be UM (uncle mikes) surfboard hence the name 21(letter in the alphabet)13(letter in the alphabet). All i know is they are very lightly glassed.

21-13 uses Global Glassing. Which i believe they use to glass for Channel islands awhile a go. Mike does have a few good Shapes. The Secret Agent is his small wave board. Which i think is one of his better boards. It works great in anything head high and less. The Next Model is the Agent. Which is Rob Kelly's Pro model. Its kinda the same a low rocker and a single to double concave. Some of his boards work well for around here. Your best bet is to contact 21-13 or get a hold of Denis Weiler. He's the rep for them around here (NJ). He will set you up with whatever you want.

I got a 5' 8" XX fish with the C-5 (yes 5 fins!) fin system this year. Its a superfast, super fun hybrid board. Mike Walton (Uncle Mike) is a great shaper. Liquid carries them. Check out 21-13's web site to learn more.

just got a 5'11 agent last week. i got it because i got a 5'10 pro um in june and loved it so much. plus you can't beat the prices. but it looks like my agent has a bit of a fuller nose than my pro, and the agent is supposed to be the same as the pro. nonetheless 21-13 are awesome boards and uncle is the man and the price is right. i'm getting another one when the time is right. look at the billionaire as well, i hear their awesome

UM boards were glassed by sugar mill glassing company and i didn't think my quadra 600 was lightly glassed it was really good and really fast. Im thinking about getting a billion air they look sick.

    Its mike walter, not walton.

Picked up a 6'2 UMquadra 600 a few years back - okay board
Picked up a 6'2 UM pro 3 fin - Awesome board in bigger surf
Picked up a New custom 21-13 XX fish - 5'9 - BEST BOARD EEVERR! Works in ankle high to head high, beats mushy sections like a longboard - all around good board, especially for jersey in the summer. - 3 or 4 fin set up - i go with 3 always, 4 is a little loose.

    * The billionaire is really skinny - if you are slightly overweight, or average at best, i do not recommend it.

I dont know about free shipping - me and my roommate got a board each in a box of 4, it cost $45 each board to ship.
