I'm with you there. I ate a pig's heart in a science class in high school. Wasn't really that bad. Was your heart cooked or raw?

 

Alligator, rattlesnake, lapa, fried earthworms.

 

Gators really good too. Got this awesome Cajun restaurant by me. Heading to nawlins for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party with the fiancee and a bunch of friends. Hoping to try gator the real Cajun way. And wrestle a gator of they will let me

Yea... another organ meat I stay away from.

 

I have eaten rocky mountain oysters, though I don't think they are buffalo, just bull. Buffalo would be cooler... wait no, that sounds bad. I'm gonna... not continue talking about this.

 

When I was young we ate sea turtle. With out a doubt the sweetest meat you'll ever eat, better than scallops or lobstah. Or stone crab, and no work. Steaks were the best, soup is good too.

Nowadays, actually for the last 30 years, nah. My wife does sea turtle patrol, marks their nests, assists the hatchlings, etc. I always joke. She always gives me the look.

 

Never had sea cow, but the old crackers and conchs (not many left) say its like sirloin steak.
