Pretty logical how we have Cannabis, psilocybin, and other pharmacologically benign chemicals on Schedule 1 but it's cool to feed the kids amphetamines, benzos, et al.

 

Weed is schedule 6... Not schedule 1

 

And there are no drugs used medically in 99% of circumstances in schedule 1. Those would be schedule 2 and down

dunno about weeds, but marijuana is still sched 1. along with over medicinals like peyote and lsd... i for one dont see no sense in none of it

 

legistlation of such sorts, that is. not the medicinals.
