Seems like this particular buoy was out a couple years ago... now it's been out again for the past few weeks. What's up with that? Maintenance? Technical difficulties? When will it be back online?
pretty sure their budget was cut very hard this year. probably has something to do with getting resources together to have it fixed. i've been using 44065
