This board is insane! Only a month and a half old. Da Kine board bag included! It paddles and tracks super well like a long board, but really performs. Yes, Firewire's are epoxy, but not like that stiff Tuf-lite type epoxy. The hype about the flex is real. The board is pretty flat-hence the super fast paddling...but once you are up, the flex plays a key role in transforming that flat board into rocker during turns and while generating speed. I love this board. The dimensions are 6'2 / 21.5 / 3 . However, this board really performs way better that any other board would with similar dimensions. I have surfed this board in knee high surf to over head surf and never had a problem. The pic is a general one from the website, but it is the same board...but mine has some custom art on the nose. $475 The board retails at a little over $700, so it is worth every penny.
