There is no doubt that Cheney is a war monger, and exploited the disaster. Doesn't mean he caused the disaster. Why would we go to Afghanistan first? The oil and passages were secured through Iraq.

BTW, I don't believe I presented it as actual evidence of anything other than the fact that the disaster was studied and modeled by universities, and they were able to show ways it could have happened.
