Nice read. I like the part where NC-20 "rejects the idea that the situation is worsening" and believes alternate plans are “unscientific” and “portends financial disaster". I'm sure Army Corps, local property and business owners wouldn't like it but the bean-counters might.
Decent article, but the author did not have some of his facts straight and/or did not understand them fully. The worst is calling Bald Head Island part of the OBX. Laughable.
