You can extend some of the value for one more year by making a reservation and getting a ticket for a trip you might be able to take. You can book almost a year into the future. Book a trip and get a ticket before you voucher expires then if you can't go cancel your trip you will have the value of you ticket minus any change fees (maybe $100 or $200) to use towards another ticket. This would have to be done within one year of the ticket issue date. So this is a way to extend some of the value of your voucher for one more year. Losing $100 or $200 is better than losing all of it. Good Luck

Airline companies have the worst customer service. I have no idea how they get away with treating people the way they do. It's a pity at least one won't step out of the box and offer a solid customer service and ticket refund policy. I hate dealing with those incumbines.
