Famous last words. The soon-to-be-named SI Hater of the Year just told you nicely. I'd imagine he'll respond to your brutally honest yet self-incriminating post with less than that previous kindness. And yes you do have many better things to do. Get outside and shovel your parents' cars out, then do some circuits of push-ups and burpees, then if you still have pent up energy call some wahines over to entertain you today. Make sure they're at least sophomores. The ones your own age will be pilfered by the junior class. If you're in 8th grade, even better. Ahead of your time. And really, how much do we talk about surfing here? < 38% of the time

Then careful who you talk to on here since I'm not convinced more than a dozen and a half posters regularly surf.

Thanks for the advice. I do have better things to do. Actually I don't. I'll just pack for the trip down tomorrow. (not to PR) just to waves.

There's no wahines around here. I'm guessing that was a joke anyways.

It would be so weird and funny to meet people we chat with on SI.

Jeez. Be civil, he's just a kid.

I'm from PR. It's not "El Rincon" just "Rincon"

I don't do Rincon - too many people from Jersey. I'd rather contend with a dozen local SpongeBobs in front of me than a single tattooed, spiky haired, over-testosteroned, KS wannabe from the northeast (or northeast FL, for that matter). If Belmar's so awesome, why are they all clogging up the lineups down south?

Everyone says "Fly to Aguadilla and avoid San Juan altogether". Y'all don't know what you're missing - you're hanging out in gringo heaven and never actually experience PR culture, food, history, etc.

If you ever do PR, do it right. Rent a car (or tell the 'rents to rent a car). Go to Rincon and Aguadilla - but don't limit yourself to just that. Go to many different breaks. Yelp the better local places to eat and spend some $ on decent local food. Do not miss the historic area and do not miss El Yunque. There are surf breaks near both. Go to the Camuy caves and the bio-phosphorescent bays before development and pollution completely ruin them.

    Just my 2c.

Listen, sparky, some words for the wise:

    1. Stay away from Maine barns with latex love dolls inside...better yet, just stay out of barns
    2. Stay away from slobbering drivers of white vans who are waving 'free surfboards' at you whilst bellowing that hayzeus will save your young arse from satan's charms
    3. Stay away from the gnome, 'nuff said on that one
    4. Maintain your distance from anyone who names himself 'the njshredmachine'
    5. Don't ever go out when it's 22 or 24 feet & mackin'.....only go when it's 23 feet & you're gonna shot the pier

From there you could walk to Surfer's Beach if you wanted to. Wildo's is about a 10 minute drive not counting the condition of the dirt road, could take longer if it's as bad as it was in November. Lots of other breaks within 20 minutes from there--including Jobos. You could also rent an apartment at Villa Tropical and be right in front of Shacks.

I'm sure Wayne the Insane child molester would stop by to see ya if you give him a free board.

Vote Rcarter in 2014 Because if we all work together we can all hate everybody

Truest statement ever about the pilfering of the freshman girls. Im a freshman in highschool and every girl decent looking and better is stolen by the juniors hahahahha. You gotta look at least one grade above.

Get used to it, sparky2 - - for a guy like you, it's a lifelong ailment.

Maybe you & the sugar-infused-one from RI could start your own lil' PM'ing sesh...?

Or 3 grades above. The social proof of sporting a senior wahine (that's sr. year, not sr. citizen...) on your arm that's a 7 or above on the Southern scale would be amazing for your career prospects with the co-eds. Let us know if you need additional life lessons. You seem like a out together chap who has the capability of having life by the balls at some point.

Yeah that would definitely be good socially hahaha, and a 7 on the southern scale looks pretty dam* good! I hope i have the capability of having life by the balls at some point, because most of the time its vice versa, but thats just how it is with just about everyone, isnt it?
