Pray for Surf! Looks like we could get some really nice surf Friday! The stoke is on the rise. Get the board waxed and tell you boss now that you have that "Doctor's Appointment" coming up on Friday! We all know that everyone will be at the jetties on a north swell...but who has a secret spot to share?
I've never heard much about spots at G town. For me, all I do is hang along Seawall near whichever store I've hit up that day (like 12th for Benno's, 37th for Surf Specialities etc). I'll be heading down tomorrow for sure and probably Wednesday and Thursday too. I would go Friday but it's Warped Tour. It's going to be a great week!
Alex good?? Hey , is this gunna be a good swell to hit up? It looks like its heading further north. Would like to head to J.P'S channel , problem is its gunna be a long drive and I want to leave tomorrow. What's the chances of the eye hitting over C.P. ? Looks like it may end up getting blown out anyways..
The forecast changed today but yeah I think it is still going to be a good swell to hit up but now more on Wednesday instead of Friday. I was all along the Seawall today and the swells were rideable all day. It was paddlers and longboards out in the morning and by the afternoon there were short boards riding with no trouble. So with it getting to overhead plus on Wednesday I expect it would be worth the trip for sure.
Damn today was sooooo fun in gtown. I was out there by 6... beautiful sunrise surf hopefully tmrw isnt too wild

Rain..Foam pits..Same old garbage. The rain hit us up pretty hard. C.C. is little sogged down but nothin too bad, just tore bob hall up pretty bad. As for the fun... same old chopped up crap. Enough to get a nice drop from one of those 12 foot faces and maybe get a turn if ur lucky before you eat some foam. I think the only storm that ever brought clean groundswell was Gustav!
