Gotta go with the Donald Trump POTUS 2016 thread by White Sea Ape.

This thread started off as pretty much a troll thread but gained a lot of steam in a very short time, and caused some very fluid and dynamic changes to the membership, almost making some severe changes to the website itself (tip of the hat again to DPSup and Austin for pulling it back from the brink).

A lot of bonds were made stronger, a few new enemies were made along the way, and we as a group pushed the envelope as far as it could go, resulting in many members bailing out or being outright banned.

It was a beautiful time. And it was an ugly time.

Half-nekkid chick threads aside, no other thread had nearly as much impact as the Trump thread.
