It's assbags like you that have made surfing less fun over the years. Even thinking that dropping in is okay makes you the true kook that you obviously are. And the idiots who sympathize with you are just as bad. You want respect in the water, then learn how to surf; accept the fact that you've been outsurfed, and move to an area where you are able to catch some unmolested waves. There's lotsa space in the Guido Escondido called Lido. And, by the way, you little whiner, you sound like a kindergartner "I mean come on he got like 3waves in a row, it was my turn." There is no "my turn". You want locals to respect you, fight them for the wave by being more clever and paddling better. Otherwise... STFU. And, finally 7'2" is not really short.

This guy Brad is completely ignorant of most of the rules, and resorted to breaking the one rule he did know because, basically, he is completely ignorant of most of the other rules! Look, mr bradsittedontheshoulder, if you really want to be a part of this forum- or at least be part of the jr. Firefighters or whatever- I would suggest to stop replying to this thread, and any subject that could remind others of this thread. Just let the thread die out. Of coarse the legend of brad will always live on in swellinfo life. In a while you will find most of these guys friendly and funny. But I would suggest laying off this thread and start replying (nicely) to other threads.

Seriously- just some friendly advise.

The swells here have been good all summer. Last week we had 23ft swells at 18 sec. It was just starting to get heavy. But you know all that training on the beach and all the bench press competitions have really paid off! Anyone who is anyone surfs the Belmar
