    anybody know what the "chrono" feature on the nixon tide watches is? i have the housing and have no clue what that feature is for thanks,

    I think it is the stopwatch/ timer function ..

    if chrono is short for chronograph... well, that basically means clock. you probably knew that though.

    yea i think i got the abreveation wrong.. it appears to be like a wave counter type thing

    You can use to find the time between sets or thats what i use for

    is the time between sets always the same? i feel like the lull is alway diff

    depends on the type of swell you've got...wind swells will have shorter lulls between sets, pure ground swells will have longer lulls. i've read accounts of big hawaiian swells that had 30+min lulls!
