Got a 7'0 Chris Birch single fin wing pintail that transport for fell through. Wondering if anyone here is making the trip- Soon - and has room.
Would love to thread this through Maria.
Willing to compensate with local knowledge point break and East Coast Aloha.
I've hooked up a couple people here with boards and while not a regular forum contributor...I give when it Counts.

Really do need help. Board is in Atlantic Beach/Rockaway.

    Thanks. Hit me up kpd73@hotmail.com

I hear some people use Greyhound to ship boards for cheap.

Killer Barry, thanks. And DawnPatrol321, I've used Greyhound and Amtrak to ship cross country. Greyhound actually made a mistake and delivered to boston instead of my local RI station. They called to say my board had arrived and that they were sorry.
They asked what my address in RI was and 2 hours later it was delivered to my Door. Rad service.

surf solo where did you go man? Sent you a PM.

This is still open if anyone really wants to save the day. Thanks again. Stoked!

Actually glad you got it, man.
Losing a nice board to a misdelivery sucks, big time.
    Peace.

This is a good dude. Someone help him

I'm not heading north anytime soon, but if the board needs safe keeping while transport plans are arranged, i can scoop it up and hold on to it. Would love to get back to RI but i won't be able to for at least 2 weeks.

Yeah...I went from bummed to bewildered in a matter of moments.
Amtrak is still my go to though. They take pride in their freight. Killer rates too, anything under 10ft and 100lbs usually $75(ish) anywhere in the country.
Make sure you call ahead and check that the sending and receiving station first cause some have different parameters on what they can handle.
Tip at the counter and find out how they like their coffee? You're G-O-L-D.

Bonzers are connection makers in every way. Thanks brother for the generous offer, please keep your ears perked if Any crackers from that way are coming up here or close to.
I was stoked on solosurf and can make a midnight run to New Haven no problem...just can't seem to find him.
    Clocks ticking...buoys climbing.

I appreciate any and all of you guys/gals who took the time to even Read this and maybe throw some Energy out to the Universe that this links up!

    Staying stoked.

Update! Board is now in Manhattan for anyone who can help and has figured out that insanely long period groundswells and south facing sandbars aren't a match made in heaven.

    -kpd73@hotmail.com - Thanks!
