In spite of the report, what started as pretty junky at Assateague this morning was actually getting better as the tide began to turn. Sets were becoming more defined and waist high. ...And then I had to go to work. Fun while it lasted.
Sweet. North end Vb had some really unexpected fun sets this morning too, wish I could have stayed another hour or two as well.
What part of Assateague? I go down Maddox, over a bridge, through the national preserve (Tom's cove area) and park to the left. Is this the spot you go?
