My girlfriend would like to go on a caribbean vacation and I would also like to trade my 5-4 in for some board shorts and get some surfing in. Can anyone tell me how the swell is in barbados in jan/feb on average. I usually go to Rincon PR every winter but wanted a change. How do the two places compare? Any advice on cheap places to stay and eat would also be apprecciated. I know it will be pricier than the shack I normally stay at in Rincon, but that is the price you pay when you bring a girlfriend along. Any input appreciated.
