Though I've never been, Wrightsville Beach comes up every time this argument surfaces.

I have a condo there on the beach. It's a beautiful area and a wave magnet nonetheless. Sebastien Inlet is one of the best spots on the east coast.

I prefer northern FL. I like the environment better up there, and it's not too far from all the popular places to go. And there are actually some amazing spots to surf, with minimal crowds. The shark factor is a bit sketchy though...

    Buxton,NC.

all sorts of waves come from all over the place all the time.

more than anywhere else except way north which is really cold and less accessible.

    200 posts in two years.
what is the matter with me?

    thanks,swellinfo!

hard to judge unless you've traveled the entire coast... The different regions on the east coast, all have a really unique edge to them.
