Yeah, we really need to see photos of her in a bikini to give proper advise. As long as you shower her with attention when you're out of the water you should be good. If not, get out now!

They just put a Sandals in Barbados and it's in walking distance from a decent break. You can send her to the spa if need be. She won't be bored.

 

Go to Kauai. There's a really nice hotel parked right in front of a break called Waiohai or something like that. It's a consistent reef that has a mellow right and a left that breaks into pretty shallow water. It's near other breaks called Acid Drops and PKs. If you luck out, and you got a big southern hemi that fills-in, you can explore the entire south and west side of the island. Lots of secrets brah, lots of secretsssss.

To the OP ignore most of the BS people put up here. Cabo is an idea for sure.....playa grande has some cool spots and if you are SUPing you can surf anywhere on the beach solo.....
