Hush. I need to run an errand for my precious tropical plants, which I pulled into the house before the first freeze, and you best have stopped causing discord, before I return to my residence.
I wish I could form an honest opinion on this....have not surfed enough of them. Rincon and Pavones (river point) are really good waves. Steamer's is sort of a point. I have surfed but did not catch it really good either time. Two that have been mentioned (especially El Salvador) are high on my list....nova scotia as well (all though I hate bitter cold sessions, it looks like da guy in vid that PA-K posted is not wearing boots and gloves....makes me want to put more thought in to an excursion up there). Gotta be some gems on the Mexican PC that are in the mix.
Hey guys ... guys.... calm down! Can't we just talk about Belmar? And how it's the best place to surf in 'north America'?
theres waves in north America? jeez how about u narrow down the search lol. I hears theres a sick pointbreak in asia.
Careneros in Bocas del Toro is dope. Definitely a must go. Technically/Barely North America though lol
Let's not forget to mention Stuart Rocks "bathtub beach". It's not really one of the great point breaks, but it goes off on certain days, is a legit point break, and I wanted to publicize it because the locals there are a bunch of douchebags. It's on the north side of the St Lucie Inlet, just north of Sailfish Point, just south of the Elliot Museum and the House of Refuge. Breaks on a clean north ground swell in the shoulder to a couple foot OH range, usually this time of year until May. Tell them sisurfdogg sent ya, and bring a crew.
Fkn 8 pages of this sh1t and only ONE guy got it right. Well, maybe 2 or 3 if you rattled off Pavones or Punta Roca. Those are close enough. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner to Chavo for "Chicama". Yeah, that's right. Wanna have fun for a couple of hours? Crack open Google Earth, then zoom in on every single left point from south of Ecuador to the northern border of Chile. Seriously, you can't count 'em all. And they're all long, sheltered, offshore and PERFECT. HINT: The country starts with a "P" and ends with a "eru". We've got a few points up here that some say are "World Class", but our waves are straight up ghetto in comparison.
What about the Caribbean? Is it North America, does it matter, where are the best points? I like Rush Reef, but that's not even Caribbean, it's Bahamas, is that North America? I'm soooo confused.
