    in south america the crooked cops (used to; at least) want gasoline, booze, tobacco....)
    (if they ask for weed seems nobody has any.....)

    well i never tried it but i heard you can also pay off the cops with american cigarettes and playboy mags. haha

    when my peruvian buddies rode w/me they used to joke about the "impuesto (tax) gringo...."
    seems they just didn't get charged this tax.....

    sucks huh?? not only do we not charge a latino tax, but our taxes actually pay for the latinos. hahahahahahaaa
