there good for the person starting out and you dont have to worry about dinging them . They are just not performance minded.

    garbage

my buddy rented a bic board in new smyrna, complete garbage, very heavy, unresponsive turns, and a ***** to paddle, on the bright side, you wont have to worry about breaking it in the lineup

They blow. Worst board I ever had. They are indestructible and they make a great sled. A cheap board in the same price range would be a NSP. I recommend buying a used better quality board.

i would rather have an nsp than a bic board. Over the summer my board got stolen and I borrowed my friend's dad's nsp longboard and it wasn't that bad. had good float, caught waves, and turned alright for a starter board. Never buy a bic board or a softboard unless it's from catchsurf, their stuff looks pretty cool.
