I've posted a bunch about surfing... just got back from Nicaragua for three weeks actually. Last week sucked, but the two before that were pretty flawless.

I am SO not a barrister, so I am puzzled.

I don't know if Cosby is guilty or not. Most likely is. I KNOW this case has really fired some folks up. Rape is pure evil.

But, if the jury can't decide if your guilty or not, don't you get to go home? Innocent til proven guilty? They don't get a do over do they?

Again, if he IS guilty (likely), this sucks. BUT, everyone is innocent til PROVEN guilty, right?

If he really IS guilty, Karma, or Fat Tony will catch up with him, I figger.

 

It was a hung jury, meaning you were not acquitted or found guilty. Juries have to be unanimous. It could have been 11-1 or 7-5 or whatever.
