So the tracking models are starting to suggest that this storm will eventually start turning out to sea and miss the coast... if so, how close would this system need to come to actually sling some wonderful nuggets our way??
It all depends on the size and force of the hurricane, but generally anything inside of Bermuda tends to send a decent size swell (especially the way the 'models' have Bill looking on the maps). Don't get too excited, a lot can happen.
Hurricanetrack.com mentioned to possibility of Bill become a cat. 3 hurricane. I have a good feeling about this.. we've been waiting all summer haven't we? Who's ready to pack up and go surf the Gulf? I wonder if they are having swell from all that down there.
